Operations Executive

Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support and manage operational activities related to consumer finance and auto loans. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with internal teams, handling customer contracts, and ensuring smooth operational processes while maintaining high service standards.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Care and Product Management, to coordinate resources throughout the operational and sales cycle.Present company products, services, and operational processes effectively to new and existing customers.Identify potential customer opportunities and support business growth initiatives.Ensure operational targets and company standards are consistently achieved.Provide accurate operational and sales-related reports and forecasts when required.Foster a collaborative and professional working environment across teams.Prepare contracts based on customer requests and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.Clearly explain contract terms and conditions to customers.Ensure proper archiving and documentation of signed contracts.Maintain operational accuracy while handling customer data and documentation.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably within Auto Loans and Consumer Finance Operations.Experience in consumer finance and auto loan operations is a must.Strong communication and organizational skills.Excellent attention to detail and documentation handling.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
