Job RequirementsPrevious practical experience in Operations Management or Operational Administration.Experience in using ClickUp for task management, project tracking, and team follow-up Or one of the other similar powerful tools.Good understanding of the nature of work in digital education solutions companies or related fields.Strong ability in planning, organizing, follow-up, and priority management.Strong communication and coordination skills across different teams.Ability to analyze operational problems and suggest practical, fast solutions.Leadership personality with the ability to maintain close follow-up and execution discipline.Preferably has knowledge of educational content, digital production, or educational technology.
