Operations Manager - Incoming Tourism

Oversee and Manage all incoming Tourism operations Coordinate with International tour operators, hotels, transportation providers  local suppliers Prompt dealing with the last minute requestPreparing quotations and itineraries.leads and supervise the operations team to maintain high services standards Handling operational challenges and provide effective solutions.Build and Maintain  good communication with customers / suppliers and HotelsEvaluating customers’ holidays, issuing appropriate feedback form and assuring client's satisfaction. BA/BS degree or equivalent.Min 5 years Experience in the field of tourism.Male - Female.Proven track record in managing incoming tourism operations and teams .Fluency in EnglishStrong Knowledge of Egypt s tourism destinations, hotels, transportation services and suppliers.  basic computer skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Willing to start immediately.
