About the Role We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, strategic execution, and cross-functional alignment across a fast-growing technology company. In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership to translate business priorities into actionable plans, ensure accountability across teams, oversee strategic client relationships, and support product and delivery initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee day-to-day operational execution across the organization. Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear ownership and measurable outcomes. Drive accountability across departments by tracking initiatives, following up on deliverables, and resolving bottlenecks. Manage strategic client relationships and ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction. Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, handling escalations and coordinating cross-functional efforts. Collaborate with product, engineering, account management, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution. Support product prioritization and help translate business needs into practical requirements. Establish operational processes, reporting mechanisms, and governance structures to improve execution. Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Provide leadership visibility into progress, risks, and key operational challenges. 10+ years of experience in Operations Management, Business Operations, Digital Transformation, Product Delivery, Account Management, or a related leadership role. Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and multiple stakeholders. Strong leadership and operational execution capabilities. Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle senior-level relationships and escalations. Solid understanding of product development and project delivery processes. Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Strong commercial and operational judgment. High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
