The ideal candidate will have strong experience in workforce management, client servicing, recruitment coordination, and operational excellence within a manpower agency environment.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise all operational activities related to manpower supply and staffing services.- Ensure efficient deployment of manpower according to client requirements and contractual agreements.- Coordinate with recruitment, HR, and client service teams to maintain smooth operations.- Monitor workforce attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and address operational concerns promptly.- Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics.- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.- manage multiple clients, projects, and recruitment activities simultaneously.- support business growth by ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and operational performance.
