If you excel at team leadership, operational planning, and turning daily challenges into opportunities for growth, we want you on our team.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the academy to ensure seamless and highly efficient workflows across all branches.Team Leadership & Evaluation: Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the performance of a diverse team—including instructors, file managers, and receptionists. Prepare accurate and transparent periodic performance reports.Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of the educational process, evaluate curricula, and enforce strict quality standards to guarantee an outstanding learning experience for our trainees.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies to support existing operations and ensure the successful launch of new academy branches.Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement innovative solutions to optimize overall efficiency and productivity.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in operations management, project management, or a similar executive role (experience within the education, training, or academy sector is highly preferred).Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse staff members.Strong analytical skills for assessing both administrative and academic performance.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.Outstanding communication and organizational skills.Based in or willing to commute to Menofia.What We OfferA professional, supportive, and stimulating work environment.A genuine opportunity to leave a lasting impact on the local education sector and contribute directly to our ongoing expansion.A competitive salary and benefits package.
