Travel agency located in Nasr City has an opportunity for the position of “ Operations Manager.”Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the travel agency.Supervise and support reservation, ticketing, and customer service teams.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and supplier agreements.Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners.Monitor booking processes, pricing accuracy, and service quality.Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows.Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports.Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.Support sales and marketing teams with operational planning.Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization.
