The Operations Specialist in the Supply Chain department plays a key role insupporting end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, logistics,inventory control, and order fulfillment. This role ensures timely, cost-effective, andefficient flow of goods and information across the supply chain, driving operationalexcellence and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities: Order Management & FulfillmentCoordinate sales and purchase orders across departmentsTrack shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers or internaldepartments.Resolve order discrepancies and delivery delays proactively Inventory & LogisticsMonitor inventory levels, ensure optimal stock without overstockingCoordinate with warehouse teams for inbound/outbound shipmentsAssist in cycle counting and stocktaking processes Supplier & Vendor CoordinationLiaise with suppliers for order confirmations, shipping documentation,and ETAs.Evaluate supplier performance and suggest improvements Data & ReportingMaintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo)Generate weekly/monthly reports for supply chain KPIsAnalyze trends in delays, stock-outs, or process inefficiencies Process ImprovementParticipate in projects to streamline supply chain operationsSupport digitization, automation, and agile practices within thedepartment. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all supply chain activities comply with company policies andregulations.Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory inspectionsRequirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, BusinessAdministration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in supply chain or operations preferred. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and tools. Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain software. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
