Operations Supervisor – Worood CompanyJob SummaryWorood Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to overseedaily operational activities, drive process efficiency, and support cross-functional teams inachieving company objectives. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for monitoringworkflows, managing team performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring operationalexcellence across all functions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise Operations Specialists, Fulfillment, Packing, and Quality Control (QC) teams.Assign daily tasks and clearly communicate priorities, expectations, and deadlines.Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance and analysis reports.Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhanceefficiency and productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Customer Service,Logistics, and Workshop Quality teams.Manage order fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.Ensure system data accuracy, including order statuses, inventory movements, anddispatch confirmations.Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and operational projects.Handle operational escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and operational guidelines.Conduct team training, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.Plan workforce requirements and hiring needs based on business expansion andworkload demandsPlan manpower needed to hiring regarding to expansion or workload.Monitor workflow efficiency and eliminate operational bottlenecks.Resolve urgent operational challenges, including order delays, manpower shortages, andsystem errors.Build team engagement by providing insights, direction, and a clear operational vision.Analyze operational data and generate actionable recommendations to improveperformance.Collaborate closely with the workshop team to ensure alignment and seamless workflowexecution.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Fashion, Operations Management, Business Administration, or arelated field.5–7 years of experience in operations, fashion, e-commerce, or related industries.Previous Supervisory Or Team Leadership Experience Is Required.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Experience with ERP systems, Shopify, ClickUp, or other order management systems isan advantage.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Key CompetenciesLeadership and team managementProcess optimization and continuous improvementData analysis and reportingTime management and prioritizationAttention to detailDecision-making and problem-solvingCross-functional collaborationAdaptability and change managementWork ScheduleFive working days per week.Thursday and Saturday are rotational working days based on operationalrequirements.
