This role is responsible for analyzing website and platform performance, identifying opportunities to improve user journeys, and implementing optimization initiatives to increase conversions and engagement. Daily tasks include reviewing analytics dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating with product, marketing, and development teams to refine features and content. The Optimization Manager also prepares regular performance reports, recommends data-driven changes, and ensures that optimization efforts align with business goals and partner needs.QualificationsStrong analytical skills and experience working with OTA, suppliers , B2B Business Proficiency in optimization and conversion optimization techniques to improve user experience and performance.Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms to track, measure, and report on digital activities.5 Years Experience in travel, e-commerce, or B2B platforms is a must.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
