Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand business needs, deliver effective system solutions, and provide functional support.Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs. Support system implementation, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live activities. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely support to end users. Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and user guides. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and system enhancements. Support Oracle quarterly updates and perform impact analysis and regression testing. Deliver user training and ensure smooth adoption of system enhancements.Requirements Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or support projects. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Performance Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), or Payroll. Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), OTBI, and BI Publisher. Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), testing, and system support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an advantage. Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification is a plus.
