Oracle SCM Consultant Assistant Manager (Fusion)

If you are passionate about leveraging technology to drive supply chain excellence, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading development company.ResponsibilitiesAssist in configuring and implementing Oracle SCM modules including Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and LogisticsCollaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional designsSupport testing activities, including preparation of test cases and coordination of UAT sessionsProvide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Oracle SCM applicationsWork closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery and quality of SCM solutionsContribute to process improvement initiatives related to supply chain operationsMaintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations and processesMentor junior consultants and assist in knowledge transfer sessionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle SCM Fusion modulesStrong understanding of supply chain processes and Oracle SCM functionalitiesProven experience in system configuration, testing, and user supportExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentExperience in a consulting role is preferredFamiliarity with project management methodologies is a plus
