Role Description As an Oracle HCM Consultant at ViewTa Solutions, you will configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM modules to meet client requirements and HR best practices. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Cairo, Egypt, with a mix of on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. Your daily responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing HCM solutions, performing system configurations, and supporting data migration and integrations. You will prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and user training materials, and you will guide stakeholders through system adoption and change management. The role also includes ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and collaboration with technical and HR teams to continuously improve processes and system performance.QualificationsStrong expertise in Human Capital Management and Human Capital processes, including core HR operations, talent management, and workforce structures.Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and Employee Benefits, with the ability to translate HR policies into Oracle HCM configurations.Consulting skills, including requirement gathering, stakeholder management, solution design, and delivering clear recommendations to clients.+3 Years of Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, or related modules) and familiarity with implementation methodologies.Ability to perform system testing, support data migration activities, and work with technical teams on integrations and reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.Experience working in a consulting environment or on ERP/HCM implementation projects is highly beneficial.
