Manage customer orders from order confirmation through final delivery.Assign orders to the most suitable shipping company based on delivery requirements.Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Update order and shipment statuses in the company system to match shipping partners' updates.Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delivery issues.Contact customers regarding delivery delays, order issues, or cancellation requests to provide the best possible resolution.Escalate complex shipment or delivery issues to the Sales Manager when needed.Prepare regular reports on order fulfillment performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.Ensure all shipments comply with customer expectations and agreed service standards.Requirements0–1 year of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, Operations, or a related role.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.Comfortable working with order management or CRM systems (experience is a plus).Good English communication skills.
