Job SummaryThe Order Processing Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods, accurate documentation, and smooth communication between suppliers, finance, and warehouse teams.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and follow up on approved purchase requests.Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.Track shipments and ensure readiness for customs clearance.Prepare, review, and follow up on shipping and customs documentation.Coordinate with the Finance Department for payments and shipment release.Communicate with warehouse teams prior to goods arrival.Update shipment data on ERP systems and shared files.Calculate and report shipment-related costs.Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures. Bachelor’s degree (any relevant discipline).3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order processing.Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.Experience in coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders.Good understanding of logistics operations and cost calculations.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is a plus.
