This role is responsible for assessing organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify opportunities for improvement and support business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting organizational diagnostics, analyzing data, and developing recommendations on structure, roles, workflows, and change initiatives. The specialist designs and supports implementation of organizational development programs such as change management plans, performance enablement frameworks, and team effectiveness initiatives. They collaborate closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and monitor the impact of interventions. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations that translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable guidance for leaders.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to interpret organizational data, assess structures and processes, and develop evidence-based recommendations.Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, prepare clear reports, and present findings to leadership.Foundational understanding of software development and programming concepts is a plus when partnering with technical or product teams.Ability to support internal consulting and advisory activities, including influencing, stakeholder engagement, and solution “selling” of organizational development initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., OD, Change Management) is an advantage.Proven experience in organization development, change management, or HR business partnering, preferably in a dynamic or growing organization.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.Comfort working with data, HR metrics, and survey results to drive decisions and measure impact.Interested candidates to send the cv to ehassan@vchroconsulting.com
