Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Section Head. This is a client-facing and strategic role with responsibility for designing organizational structures, performance systems, and HR frameworks. Oversees talent development, performance management, and organizational design. Responsibilities Manage OD and HR transformation engagements Manage multiple client accounts Design organizational structures, job architectures, and grading systems Develop job descriptions, org charts, HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks Design Performance Management Systems (KPIs, OKRs) Build career paths, competency models, and succession plans Support compensation structures and salary frameworks Deliver high-quality consulting outputs and present recommendations to clients Track OD metrics (turnover, engagement, performance trends) Provide insights and recommendations to senior management Please mention “ OD Section Head– El Sheikh Zayed ” in the email subject line. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field HR Diploma, SHRM, SPHR, or equivalent (Mandatory) 6–8 years of solid OD experience Consulting experience is highly preferred
