• Support the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives• Manage and support the performance management cycle (KPIs, appraisals, follow-ups)• Develop and update organizational structures, job descriptions, and competency frameworks• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs• Analyze HR data and generate insights to support decision-making• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication plans• Contribute to HR policies development and process improvement• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational effectiveness • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field• 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Development or related HR functions• Solid knowledge of performance management systems and OD practices• Experience in training & development and employee engagement is preferred• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• Good command of English• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
