● Create engaging and relevant training content, including presentations, manuals, videos, and online modules.● Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.● Oversee the organization's learning management system, including content management, user administration, and reporting.● Ensure the LMS meets the needs of the organization and supports efficient delivery and tracking of training activities. ● Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed about training initiatives, progress, and results.● Build strong relationships with internal partners, including HR, department heads, and senior leadership, to garner support for training initiatives.● Ensure that training programs comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.● Develop and deliver compliance training modules as required by legal or regulatory requirements.● Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations. ● Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Education, or related field (Engineering is a plus)● Good Knowledge in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting is a plus.● Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.● Strong project management skills and attention to detail.● OD Knowledge (Competencies, KPIs, OKIs, KBIs) awareness, is a plus● Certification in training or development is a plus.
