The Organizational Performance Senior Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing institutional effectiveness by the design, execution, and monitoring of performance management frameworks across Nahdet Misr. The roleensures strategic alignment, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement of organizationalprocesses in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Corporate Performance ManagementâAssist in evaluating and refining business objectives, departmental KPIs, and performance trackingmechanisms.âMonitor organizational performance against strategic targets and flag areas for attention or correction.âTrack the implementation and progress of strategic and operational plans using dashboards andstructured reporting systems.âConduct root cause analysis of underperforming functions and recommend corrective actions.âProvide monthly and quarterly performance reports to the Organizational Performance Manager.3. Stakeholder Engagement & Internal ConsultingâCollaborate closely with senior leadership, department heads and top management to ensure effectivecorporate planning, execution, and alignment.âAct as a bridge between financial, strategic, and operational teams to consolidate insights andharmonize priorities.âProvide structured recommendations for improving organizational efficiency, productivity, andprofitability.4. Data Analysis, Financial Modeling & Strategic ReportingâConduct deep-dive analysis of current workflows, identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, and proposetailored solutions.âUse data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to translate complex metrics into actionableinsights.âSupport financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive data-driven decisions acrossbusiness units.5. Presentation & Communication ExcellenceâDevelop compelling executive-level presentations for board meetings, leadership strategy reviews, andperformance check-ins.âApply storytelling techniques to communicate analytical findings and performance trends clearly andpersuasively.âSupport internal strategy sessions and workshops, ensuring key messages are clearly communicatedand documented.6. Continuous Improvement & Process OptimizationâPartner with department leaders to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.âUtilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other process mapping techniques to redesign workflows for better efficiencyand results.âTrack and report on the impact of improvement initiatives across operations.Qualifications & Experience:âBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.â4–6 years of experience in performance management, corporate planning, business analysis, orstrategy execution.âPreferred experience in Information Technology or Finance industries.âFamiliarity with OKR/ Balanced Scorecard frameworks and KPI development.âExperience in a structured corporate environment or management consulting is a plus.Preferred Certifications:âMBA or postgraduate certification in Strategy, Global Management, or Organizational Development.âProject Management Certification (e.g., PMP).âLean & Six Sigma Certification or expertise in Process Mapping methodologies.âFinancial Modeling and Analysis Certifications.Key Competencies & Skills:âStrong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI,Tableau).âSolid understanding of strategic planning and organizational effectiveness principles.âExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.âHigh attention to detail and process discipline.âProactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
