We Travel agency located in Giza is seeking a new outbound travel consultant role as follows: Responsibilities Itinerary Planning & Booking: Research destinations, provide cost-effective options, accommodation, transportation, and tours. Client Consultation: Understand client preferences, budgets, and travel needs, offering tailored advice on visas, local customs, and travel insurance. Sales & Lead Conversion: Actively follow up on inquiries, provide quotes, and close sales, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Customer Service & Support: Handle pre- and post-trip requirements, manage bookings, and solve issues for travelers. Product Knowledge: Maintain updated information on travel products, regulations, and industry trends. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred . Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction. Technology Proficiency: Experience with Global Distribution online (GDS) . Knowledge: Expertise in destinations, specifically in Southeast Asia (for Malaysia-based roles) or popular outbound destinations , like Gulf & Europe area. Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
