Through continuous innovation and strategic expansion, the company maintains its aim of achieving significant market growth and operational excellence.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Outdoor Sales Representative role with a flexible schedule based on business needs. The role is field-based (not on-site), with no fixed attendance at the company’s office.The Outdoor Sales Representative will be responsible for handling a specific territory outside Gharbia Governorate, starting with building a strong customer database by identifying and visiting potential clients, then developing these leads into active customers and driving sales. QualificationsStrong Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targetsExcellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skillsKnowledge of the building materials industry, with an emphasis on paints, iron products, and hardwareAbility to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activitiesProficiency in Time Management and working independently under minimal supervisionAdaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentProficiency in basic Computer Skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldPrevious sales experience, particularly in a related field, is highly desirableValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned sales territoryKey responsibilities include:Visiting and acquiring new customers within the assigned areaBuilding and maintaining long-term customer relationshipsUnderstanding customer needs and presenting suitable product solutionsNegotiating terms and closing dealsProviding market insights and feedbackWe welcome fresh graduates who show strong potential and willingness to learn, with preference given to candidates who have relevant experience.
