Overseas Recruitment Specialist (Mass Hiring) – KSA Projects🏢 Industry: Manpower Supply | Staffing | Overseas RecruitmentAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Overseas Recruitment Specialist to join our growing recruitment team in Dokki, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in mass hiring for overseas projects, particularly for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), with hands-on experience recruiting candidates from India, Bangladesh, Kenya, the Philippines, and Indonesia.The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate with international recruitment agencies, and ensure the timely mobilization of workers while maintaining full compliance with Saudi labor regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end overseas recruitment for KSA manpower projects.Lead mass hiring campaigns for blue-collar, skilled, and support workforce positions.Recruit and coordinate manpower from India, Bangladesh, Kenya, the Philippines, and Indonesia.Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment agencies and sourcing partners.Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.Coordinate interviews, trade tests, medical examinations, document verification, and mobilization activities.Manage the complete visa lifecycle, including issuance, follow-up, renewals, and cancellations.Coordinate with candidates, clients, embassies, and government authorities to facilitate work permits, visas, and Iqama processing.Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, recruitment regulations, and company policies.Maintain accurate recruitment, mobilization, and visa records, and prepare periodic reports.Monitor recruitment progress and deployment schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.Resolve recruitment and visa-related issues promptly to prevent deployment delays.Support onboarding and successful workforce mobilization.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in overseas recruitment for KSA or GCC countries.Proven experience in mass hiring and high-volume recruitment.Hands-on experience recruiting from India, Bangladesh, Kenya, the Philippines, and Indonesia.Strong network with international recruitment agencies is highly preferred.Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, visa processing, and Iqama procedures.Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet tight deployment deadlines.Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work on large-scale international recruitment projects.Professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.Career development and advancement opportunities.How to ApplyIf you have proven experience in mass hiring and overseas recruitment from India, Bangladesh, Kenya, the Philippines, and Indonesia for KSA projects, we encourage you to apply through this job post.#Hiring #OverseasRecruitment #MassHiring #RecruitmentSpecialist #TalentAcquisition #ManpowerServices #Staffing #SaudiArabia #KSAJobs #IndiaRecruitment #BangladeshRecruitment #KenyaRecruitment #PhilippinesRecruitment #IndonesiaRecruitment #WorkforceMobilization #HRJobs #Jobs #EgyptJobs
