Role Description The Owner at Mirrorful Co. will lead the overall strategy, operations, and growth of the company in a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role involves defining the company vision, setting business goals, and overseeing service offerings in branding, UX/UI, and digital product development. The Owner will manage client relationships, cultivate new business opportunities, and ensure high-quality delivery across all projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising cross-functional teams, managing budgets and financial performance, and optimizing internal processes. The Owner will also drive company culture, mentor team members, and represent Mirrorful Co. at industry events, partnerships, and key stakeholder meetings.QualificationsProven experience in founding, owning, or leading a digital agency, software company, or similar business, with responsibility for strategy, operations, and growth.Strong background in digital products and services, such as branding, UX/UI design, web and mobile applications, or eCommerce solutions.Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management, including negotiating contracts and nurturing long-term partnerships.Solid financial and operational management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.Ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, foster a collaborative culture, and support professional growth.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a data-informed approach to decision-making and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent entrepreneurial experience is an advantage.Familiarity with the Cairo technology and design ecosystem, including local market dynamics and opportunities, is beneficial.
