The firm offers a dynamic environment for professionals who want to contribute to complex projects and participate in the growth of a forward-thinking consultancy.Role Description The Owner will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for Amar Misr Engineering Consultants, overseeing business development, project delivery, and operational performance. This full-time, on-site role in Cairo, Egypt includes setting long-term goals, approving major project and design decisions, and ensuring that interior solutions and construction work meet client expectations, industry standards, and budget and schedule requirements. The Owner will manage key client relationships, guide senior staff, and align resources to support efficient project execution and sustainable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial reports, monitoring project pipelines, making decisions on investments and partnerships, and fostering a collaborative, ethical, and safety-conscious work culture.Qualifications Strong leadership and strategic management skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and setting organizational direction.Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation, ideally within engineering, construction, or interior solutions sectors.Solid understanding of project management principles, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and quality control for construction and design projects.Knowledge of the Egyptian construction market, local regulations, permitting processes, and industry standards.Ability to analyze financial statements, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and make informed investment and cost-control decisions.Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to represent the company to clients, partners, and authorities.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are an advantage.Demonstrated track record of leading high-profile or complex projects and driving organizational growth is highly beneficial.
