Owner Representative-SouthMED

Job Description:1- Serve as the highest authority on the project, representing TMG's vision and interests across all phases.2-Define and lead the strategic direction of the project in collaboration with executive leadership.3-Ensure full alignment of project goals with organizational objectives and real estate market positioning.4-Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.5-Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and requirements.6-Establish and implement the project scope, schedule, and cost controls.7- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day management of construction activities.8-Monitor and control project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.9-Oversee procurement and management of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.10-Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.11-Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs and quality.12-Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.13-Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations for team members.14-Foster a positive work culture, encouraging teamwork, communication, and accountability.Job Qualifications: 1- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale real estate or construction projects.2- Proven experience as an Owner's Representative or in a similar senior leadership role.3- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.4- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.5- Deep knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.6- PMP or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
