As a People & Culture Intern, you will support the team across a wide range of HR activities, including supporting business partners, talent acquisition, and employee rewards and benefits. This program is designed to give you hands-on exposure to HR practices while helping you build strong professional skills in communication, organization, and problem-solvingKey Responsibilities Assist in recruitment processes, from job postings and CV screening to interview scheduling and onboardingProvide administrative and coordination support across People & Culture functionsSupport employee engagement initiatives and P&C projectsContribute to the administration of employee benefitActively participate in team meetings and provide support to Business Partners on day-to-day tasksQualifications & SkillsRecent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive in supporting different tasks.QualificationsGood communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and candidates. Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
