Your expertise will enable organizations to manage workforce data efficiently, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR best practices.If you possess a strong background in SuccessFactors Core HR and are passionate about driving HR transformation, we invite you to apply!ResponsibilitiesWork closely with clients to understand their core HR requirements and design tailored solutionsImplement and configure SuccessFactors Core HR modules to align with organizational needsOptimize HR processes such as personnel administration, records management, and reporting functionalitiesConduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support to HR teamsDevelop training materials and conduct training sessions to promote user adoptionStay informed about the latest SuccessFactors features and industry trends to provide best-in-class solutionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a relevant fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant specializing in SuccessFactors Core HRStrong understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors functionalitiesExperience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors solutions in diverse organizational settingsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholdersSuccessFactors certification in Core HR is a plusSkills:Thorough knowledge of SuccessFactors Core HR modules, including Employee CentralAbility to enhance HR processes and improve operational efficiencyCompetent in conducting training sessions and producing user-friendly documentation for HR teams
