Key Responsibilities:Line Commissioning: Play a vital role in commissioning new packaging lines and ensuring machinery and equipment are perfectly calibrated for new materials.Commercialization: Lead the commercialization of new packaging formats directly on the production line, ensuring smooth transitions from design to mass manufacturing.Troubleshooting: Actively analyze, diagnose, and resolve bottlenecks or machinery faults related to existing packaging materials on the floor.Testing & QA: Perform all required structural, transit, and shelf-life packaging tests, ensuring all materials meet strict quality and safety thresholds. Qualifications:Experience: 3–5 years of manufacturing-focused packaging experience in the FMCG sector.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Packaging Engineering.Skills: Highly practical, hands-on mechanical aptitude.
