Team: Partner SuccessLocation: Cairo (with regular coordination across Dubai and the wider MENA region)We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Partner Success Executive to own relationships with our multinational clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a leading global automotive brand, supporting its regional headquarters and its distributor network across the MEA region. You will be the person our partners rely on for seamless communication, timely delivery of requests, and consistently high standards of quality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced client-facing environment.Key responsibilitiesServe as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and its partners, including its creative and media agency.Lead and facilitate structured weekly client meetings, preparing agendas, documenting action items, and driving follow-through on all commitments.Handle daily inbound requests with professionalism, urgency, and clarity, ensuring SLA adherence and high satisfaction.Manage all routine business communications: requests, updates, status reports, and follow-ups.Log, track, and prioritize all client requests through the designated support portal, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records at all times.Translate client requests into clear briefs and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate timely delivery of client needs.Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews on all deliverables before sharing with clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with agreed requirements.Coordinate the delivery of new web and mobile application projects alongside the relevant internal squads.Anticipate issues before they escalate, and resolve or escalate the ones that arise with clarity.Keep internal stakeholders aligned on account status, priorities, and risks.Qualifications2 to 4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, project coordination, or partner success, ideally in a digital, technology, or agency environment.Excellent written and verbal communication in English.A track record of managing demanding clients.Strong organizational skills and genuine ownership.Comfort coordinating across technical and non-technical teams.Sound commercial judgement and an instinct for when to escalate.Nice to haveExperience working with automotive, enterprise, or regional MEA clients.Familiarity with web and mobile application delivery.Exposure to digital transformation or customer experience projects.
