Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across various levels of an organization. Solid understanding of the electronic payments industry, including payment processing, gateways, digital wallets, POS systems, and e-commerce integration. Strategic thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive value for both the company and its partners. Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management, preferably within the payments, fintech, telecom , electronic payment industry sectors. Proven track record of managing and growing partnerships in a B2B or B2B2C environment. Experience in negotiating contracts and building long-term business relationships Personal Attributes: Results-driven and highly motivated with a passion for developing win-win partnerships. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle complex contracts and agreements. Adaptable and able to navigate through change in a rapidly evolving industry.
