You will own both financial revenue targets and non-financial KPIs to support sustainable business expansion in the competitive Egyptian beauty market.Key ResponsibilitiesChannel & Vendor Management (Existing & New)Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with current B2B vendors, distributors, pharmacies, beauty retailers, e-commerce platforms, and key accounts to ensure consistent performance and satisfaction.Develop and execute account growth plans for existing partners, including upselling, cross-selling, and increasing shelf space/product assortment.Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B channels and partners (e.g., additional pharmacies, online marketplaces, beauty chains, salons, export opportunities, corporate gifting, or emerging retail formats).Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, and contracts to maximize mutual value and secure long-term partnerships.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Egyptian beauty and personal care sector to recommend new channel strategies.Performance & Target AchievementOwn and achieve assigned financial targets, primarily focused on revenue generation from both existing and new vendors/channels (monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas).Track and report on revenue performance, forecasting, and pipeline health using CRM tools and internal reporting systems.Drive Non-financial KPIs, IncludingNumber of qualified leads generatedNumber of meetings and presentations conductedNumber of new contracts signed and activatedSuccessful execution of joint campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives with partnersCollaborate closely with the marketing team to co-create and implement B2B campaigns, in-store activations, co-branded promotions, and seasonal initiatives that boost partner sales and brand visibility.Other DutiesPrepare regular performance reports, business reviews, and insights for senior management.Represent Bræs at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to build networks and generate opportunities.Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements in all partnerships and contracts.Contribute to overall commercial strategy and provide market feedback to support product development and brand positioning.
