This is a highly execution-focused role where the primary objective is to secure partnerships and book collaborative opportunities, while continuously optimizing outreach and campaign performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Outreach & Lead GenerationExecute high-volume outbound outreach via email and social media (primarily Meta DMs) to secure partnershipsIdentify and build targeted lists of potential partners aligned with the company’s ICP and audienceDrive conversations toward scheduling webinars and collaborative opportunitiesManage follow-ups and maintain a consistent outreach cadence to maximize conversion ratesEmail Marketing & Campaign ExecutionCreate and execute email campaigns using platforms such as ActiveCampaign to support partnership outreachWrite and optimize email copy focused on engagement and conversionRun A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and formats to improve performanceManage segmentation and campaign execution to ensure effective targetingPipeline Management & ReportingTrack outreach activity, responses, and conversions to maintain a structured and healthy pipelineMonitor performance metrics across outreach and email campaignsIdentify areas for improvement and continuously optimize workflows and messagingAI Utilization & OptimizationLeverage AI tools to improve outreach messaging, email campaigns, and workflow efficiencyContinuously iterate on prompts and outputs to increase quality and speed of executionQualificationsExperience2+ years of experience in partnership outreach, marketing, or lead generation rolesProven experience executing outbound outreach (email and/or social media) and securing partnershipsExperience using email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign or similar toolsSkillsStrong copywriting skills for outreach and email campaigns with a focus on conversionAbility to build and manage outbound workflows and pipelines independentlyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity and outputExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHigh level of ownership, self-sufficiency, and ability to operate with minimal oversightStrong sense of urgency and ability to perform in a fast-paced environmentWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent generation of high-quality partnerships through outbound effortsStrong pipeline of scheduled webinars and collaborative opportunitiesHigh-performing email campaigns with improving open and conversion ratesEfficient and optimized outreach workflows that scale over timeEffective use of AI tools to increase output and improve resultsOpportunityThis is an opportunity to take ownership of partnership-driven growth within a fast-paced organization.
