We're growing and looking for a commercial-minded manager to join our team. You'll own the full cycle of monetizing our audience platforms — from landing advertisers and sponsors to building scalable affiliate and partnership revenue streams.Identify and onboard advertisers, sponsors, and partners across various industries.Sell sponsored content, platform placements, branded integrations, and campaign promotions.Build and manage strategic partnerships — revenue-sharing, co-branded campaigns, and long-term collaborations.Launch and scale affiliate and referral programs, including commission models and performance tracking.Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.Design tailored advertising solutions based on client objectives and platform capabilities.Collaborate with community and marketing teams for smooth campaign delivery.Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets across ads, partnerships, and affiliates 3–5 years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, partnerships, or business development.Strong ability to sell audience-driven value and structure commercial deals.Comfortable managing performance-driven channels (affiliate & referral).Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.Very good English language skills.
