Location: Alexandria, Egypt (office-based) Employment Type: Full-time Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM (Egypt local time) Weekends: Saturday & Sunday off About the Role We are looking for a dedicated, fluent-English speaker to join our patient support team in Alexandria. In this role, you will make outbound calls to patients with chronic conditions, conducting monthly check-ups, reviewing treatment plans, and ensuring they stay on track with their healthcare. This is a vital position that directly impacts patient health outcomes—no cold sales. Key Responsibilities Call a roster of patients each month to monitor their health status and well-being Discuss and reinforce treatment plans as directed by clinical guidelines Document patient interactions accurately in our system Identify any changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately Build rapport and trust with patients over the phone What We’re Looking For Fluent English (both spoken and written) – you will be speaking with patients exclusively in English Resident of Alexandria, Egypt – this is an office-based role Medical background (preferred) – nursing, pharmacy, medicine, or health-related degree/diploma is a plus Previous experience in patient coordination, call center, or healthcare outreach is beneficial Strong empathy, patience, and active listening skills Reliable internet and ability to commute to our Alexandria office for the scheduled shift Why Join Us?
