Payroll ProcessingProcess the accurate and timely monthly payroll for all employees across all locations, in line with approved attendance, overtime, and variable pay inputs.Maintain and update payroll master data, including new hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations.Calculate and reconcile social insurance contributions, income tax, deductions, allowances, and end-of-service settlements.Prepare and submit payroll bank transfer files and ensure timely salary disbursement.Reconcile payroll accounts with Finance and resolve discrepancies before each pay run.Benefits AdministrationAdminister employee benefits programs including medical insurance, life insurance, and the Management Vehicle Program, ensuring accurate enrollment and eligibility per the A–G grading structure.Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations, and serve as the liaison with insurance providers and vendors.Support administration of the loyalty and savings fund.Compliance & ReportingEnsure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law No. 14 of 2025, social insurance authority requirements, and tax authority filings.Prepare periodic payroll and benefits reports, headcount cost analyses, and inputs for budgeting and audits.Maintain accurate, confidential, and audit-ready payroll and benefits records.Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and benefits in a professional and timely manner. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in a large or multi-site organization.Strong working knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, and income tax regulations.Hands-on experience with HRIS / payroll systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
