Support payroll reconciliation and review payroll outputs prior to payment processingSupport annual Reward Plan activitiesPartner with payroll vendors, Finance, HR and other stakeholders to manage end-to-end payroll processes, resolve payroll issues, and ensure timely and accurate payroll deliveryValidate payroll calculations, reports, and payroll outputs, escalating discrepancies and driving timely resolutionMaintain payroll calendars and ensure all payroll activities are completed within agreed timelines and service levels.Support end-to-end employee life cycle activities, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, leave administration, and offboarding Coordinate employee documentation and maintain accurate records in relevant HR systems. Support the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and operational processes. Administer standard activities related to employee benefits. Respond to any administrative matters concerning benefits from new and current employees, Ensure benefit providers are updated of any employee changes such as new starters, leavers, family changes, salary changes etc.Arrange payment of monthly invoices and recharging to employees’ cost centersAdminister all offboarding activitiesEnsure all Awards processes such as long service and Values in Action awards are recordedReceive and respond to everyday inquiries from internal and external customers and provide a timely and effective service to othersGovernance and ComplianceMaintain up to date employee records and produce management information from the HRIS system as requested.
