• Oversee the entire payroll process for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and end-of-service payments. • preparing periodic reports.• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. • Coordinate with Operations teams to validate attendance, leaves and shift schedules before payroll processing• Collaborate with Finance departments to ensure accurate data integration and alignment. • Maintain updated employee records, including new hires, resignations, promotions, transfers, and contract updates in the payroll system• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely resolution of any discrepancies. • Continuously monitor changes in payroll legislation and update internal policies accordingly• Recommend improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance• Oversee all personnel process with personnel team “ employees’ monthly attendance, social insurance, medical insurance ... etc * 5–7 years of payroll & Personnel experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.* Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance procedures.* Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.* Manufacturing background is a must.
