Receiving the withdrawal of branch fingerprints and entering them on the ZK programMake the attendance report of the company's employees and deputies and send Excel to the personnel affairs specialist to receive the final attendance and departure effects report.Review the dates of new appointments and resignations with the Personnel Affairs Specialist.Receive the deliveries of the delegates from the Employment Departments and send them to the Accountant General to review the percentages of the deliveries and the commission amounts of the delegates.Conducting salary calculations from benefits or deductions for each payment system separately and according to the maturity period and disbursement period approved by the company's board of directors (deputies of the old system - deputies of a new system - employees).Review salaries after calculating them with the Chairman of the Board of Directors to obtain disbursement approval.Following up and responding to the inquiries of employees and heads of departments regarding questions related to dues and deductions.
