Assist in preparing and processing the monthly payroll accurately and on time.Track employees' attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions (especially for our dynamic operations & logistics teams).Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee financial records.Collaborate with the HR team to resolve payroll-related queries efficiently. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits.Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or any relevant field.Technical Skills: Advanced command of Microsoft Excel is a must.Competency: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and absolute confidentiality.Logistics or Shipping industry background is a huge plus.
