Payroll Specialist

We are hiring a Payroll Specialist with an excellent command of English to manage and execute end-to-end payroll operations with high accuracy and compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring timely salary processing, handling employee payroll queries, and maintaining payroll records. We specialize in connecting top-tier talent with industry leaders, driving innovation, and fostering high-performance cultures across the MENA region and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess monthly payroll cycles accurately and on timeMaintain and update payroll records, including salaries, deductions, and benefitsHandle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficientlyEnsure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policiesPrepare payroll reports and support audits when requiredCoordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and validationsManage social insurance calculations and related documentationMonitor attendance, overtime, and leave balances to ensure accurate payroll processingRequirements2–4 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar roleExcellent command of English (written and spoken) is a mustStrong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, taxation, and social insuranceExperience with payroll systems and HRIS (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar)High attention to detail and strong analytical skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityStrong organizational and time management skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
