Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Sales Associate in the real estate sector, encompassing PC, Senior, Team Leader, and Managerial positions. Key responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, maintaining excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves assessing client needs, presenting properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout their property journey. QualificationsStrong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, with a valid Real Estate License.Proven skills in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take on leadership roles if required.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.Proficiency in CRM tools and office software such as Microsoft Office is an advantage.
