The Team You Will Join The Product Development team is responsible for developing and implementing innovative insurance products, leveraging data analytics and actuarial expertise to assess risk and ensure profitability. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, they analyze market trends and customer needs to create solutions that meet regulatory standards and enhance customer satisfaction.How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)Retail product pricing (Life – Accidental and health – Savings)Employee benefits product pricing (Life and Medical).Data analytics and data mining.Experience studies (Mortality – morbidity – lapses -…etc.).Expenses study analyses and prepare impacts.Credit life UW and pricing quotation.Sales incentives finance schemes pricing and design.What You Need To Succeed (Required Qualifications)Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in Pricing Actuarial Function.Fluent in English and Arabic.Excellent communication and documentation writeups skills.Advance level of Excel, Power Pivot and Power BI.Familiar with Alteryx software and python coding.Excellent presentation skills. What Can Give You An Edge (Additional Skills)High analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making.Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills across departments.
