PeopleTemporaryJob DescriptionYour RoleAs the Country People Manager Egypt you will lead and manage the People Relations team to deliver a high level of customer centric service and advice across Commercial and Operations organization with ca. 2000 employees. You will work closely with the broader People team in creating People strategies that foster employee engagement and a high-performance culture.Key areas of responsibility:People and Business LeadershipManage the whole People Relations team and services in the countrySet vision and strategy for the People function in the countryManage the People Relations budget allocation for the countryLead local continuous improvement / change initiatives in alignment with company-wide programsCreate and activate contingency plans in case of strikes related to Union negotiationsPeople CultureDrive ONE HR culture, and secure alignment on the country policies, provide inputs and enforce the implementationHave a continuous dialogue with the People Business Partners in the country in order to secure alignment at the country level and provide necessary adviceProgram Design & DeliveryDesign and implement large-scale people programs for the countryImplement the People First strategy and oversee the in-country execution of core HR processes Labor Law and ComplianceUpdate PS&S and the rest of the People community on various labor, compliance and legislation topics and their implications to people policies, practices and programsSpearhead Union/Work Council relations for the country Ethics and DisciplineAssign the appropriate investigation body to support cases coming through the Ethics HelplineEmployer BrandingSupport promoting the Electrolux employer brand in the countryYou will be responsible for creating a local best in class People strategy that drives synergies, efficiencies and collaboration across Electrolux Group, inspiring, coaching and developing your team members to achieve this vision. You will create and maintain operational excellence, measuring delivery though service standards and facilitating decision-making processes across HR CoEs and People Business Partners. You will identify opportunities to improve the customer experience by streamlining processes, leveraging technology, encouraging self-service, coaching employees and managers and delivering efficiencies.A Typical DayYour day will include leading, developing and coaching the People Relations organization to ensure the delivery of a best in class employee experience. Aligned with our Electrolux business strategy to become an Employer of Choice (EoC) you will review, develop and implement various initiatives and projects within Egypt that contribute towards a strong employee value proposition.You will educate and coach the HR colleagues and managers to comply with local legislation within Egypt, and provide advice on organizational transformations aligned to business strategy. You just have to find itQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in law, business or related field; Master’s degree preferred15-20 years of HR leadership experience supporting a line of business/ leading HR organisation5+ years leading a team of HR professionalsHR experience in the manufacturing industry is preferredVery good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and market practicesExperience of working in a multicultural environment
