Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and talented People and Culture Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.Key Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with goals; advise on workforce, talent, and succession planningHire top talent and drive retention strategies to boost satisfaction and reduce turnover; conduct exit interviews and share insightsServe as primary contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues swiftly and effectivelyLead employee engagement initiatives to foster collaboration, innovation, and inclusivityGuide managers on employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actionsSupport performance management aligned to business objectives; coach managers and employees to build capabilitiesIdentify training needs and collaborate with L&D on targeted development programsEnsure compliance with labor laws, policies, and regulations; lead or contribute to cross‑functional HR projects aligned with EVA Pharma's goalsRequirementsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required0-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering rolePrevious experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageousHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plusProficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office SuiteData-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
