This role plays a vital part in managing the day-to-day People Partner operations and supporting the business through P&O best practices.You will be responsible for handling hiring plans, contract management, investigations, exit interviews, and more.What You´ll DoManage the end-to-end recruitment processHandle all aspects of the hiring process, including contracts, hiring documentation, and HRIS system updatesMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee recordsCoordinate with the Shared Services team regarding social insurance, life insurance, and labor office auditsConduct regular store visits within your assigned area to address employee complaints, ensure compliance with company policies, and support overall employee relationsMonitor and follow up on employee productivity and performance indicatorsLead and conduct exit interviews and finalize all processes for Full & FinalPartner with leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policySupport and assist in organizational changes, including restructuring and internal mobilityContribute to the development and execution of P&O programs and initiatives that align with business goalsEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal P&O policiesFollow up on the performance management cycle and ensure timely completionWhat Makes You a Good Fit Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1–2 years of relevant HR experience HR Diploma is required Experience dealing with Labor Offices is a must Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information
