- Measuring, reviewing, analysis & improving performance.-Improvement projects lead. -Establishing & monitoring systems & processes.-Internally & Externally Auditing ManagementEnhance the effectiveness of employee performance.Risk system management.Leading projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and cost reduction by designing, evaluating, executing and follow up of projects and ensuring meeting time plan for each project through: Make/ review and evaluate cost and benefit study of each projectLead or assists project owners in planning project timelines and milestonesProvides on-going guidance to project teamsHighlighting and briefing Top management with projects progress, obstacles and risks.Govern and monitor the effectiveness of quality management systems and metrics by preparing and analyzing management review data Identifies and eliminate process waste and non-value added or repeated processes through process mapping and SOP review.Ensure and monitor the company Policy Deployment.Leads internal auditing team for conducting internal audits to assure compliance with all regulatory, internal and customer requirements. Co-ordinate all external audits and the preparedness of different departments for external audits.Ensuring business continuity by reviewing and maintaining risk management system by assessing product, compliance, operational and HSE risks.Ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels to provide a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures, cGMP guidelines, quality and HSE standards.Train and evaluate new employees on different functions and processes within the department.Evaluation and follow up of subordinates’ performance to ensure completing tasks in required time with required quality.Create department annual budget according to department’s needs.Create annual manpower plan.Always be updated with industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes.Perform other duties as assigned.Building a culture of continuous improvement powered by company core valuesConduct extensive data analysis using a broad range of information sources and be able to effectively summarize findings and KPI results and communicate recommended improvements throughout different levels of the organization Ensure strategic business objectives are met through semi-annual review of departments objectives and achievements assuring their alignment with general company objectives Education: Bachelor degree of PharmacyLanguage: Arabic & English Computer: Very goodYears of Experience: 10- 15 Years of experience in industrial functionsSix sigma Lean manufacturing Project Management
