Job Description – Performance Management & KPI Office ManagerDevelop, implement, and manage corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement systems across the organization.Design and maintain organizational performance management frameworks aligned with strategic objectives.Monitor and evaluate the performance of business units and portfolio companies.Prepare executive dashboards, performance reports, and strategic insights for senior management.Analyze business performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve organizational performance.Support the strategic planning process and ensure alignment between corporate objectives, KPIs, and business results.Coordinate with various departments to collect, validate, and consolidate performance data.Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent performance reporting.Develop and monitor Balanced Scorecard (BSC) metrics and performance measurement frameworks.Present performance analysis and recommendations to executive management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to performance management and reporting processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to establish measurable performance targets and monitor their achievement.Utilize advanced Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools to build reports, dashboards, and performance insights.Ensure compliance with corporate governance and internal performance management standards. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 7+ years of experience in Performance Management, Strategic Planning, Corporate Performance, or a related field.Proven experience in diversified investment companies is a must.Strong knowledge of KPI Development and Balanced Scorecard (BSC).Experience in Corporate Performance Management and performance measurement frameworks.Experience in analyzing business performance.Experience in preparing Executive Reports and Executive Dashboards.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Advanced proficiency in Power BI.Strong data analysis skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Fluent English (spoken and written).Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and senior management.Experience supporting Strategic Planning and aligning KPIs with business objectives.
