Role Overview:The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing,and scaling user acquisition campaigns focused on acquiring paying subscribers. Credit Card subscriptions Apple Store Billing Google Play BillingThe ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing forsubscription-based digital products, mobile apps, streaming platforms, or fintech/e-commercebusinesses.Key Responsibilities:5- Customer Acquisition Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies to drive subscriber growth Manage campaigns across: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display, YouTube) TikTok Ads DSPs and affiliate channels Optimize campaigns toward: Paid subscriptions ROAS CAC LTV Retention quality2- Subscription & Billing Optimization Drive acquisition focused on: Credit card payments Apple App Store billing Google Play billing Work closely with product and technical teams to improve conversion funnels and payment success rates Analyze subscription drop-offs and optimize onboarding and checkout flows3- Analytics & Reporting Monitor and report on: CAC CPI Conversion rates ROAS Subscription retention Cohort performance Build dashboards and performance reports for management Use attribution and analytics tools such as: AppsFlyer Firebase Google Analytics Adjust Mixpanel (preferred)4- Creative & Growth Optimization Lead A/B testing initiatives for creatives, landing pages, and app store assets Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives Continuously identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies5- Agency & Partner Management Manage media buying agencies and external partners where applicable Ensure proper tracking implementation and campaign governanceRequirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, mass communication or any other related field 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing Strong experience managing mobile app acquisition campaigns Proven experience acquiring paying customers for subscription-based services Experience with: Apple Store subscriptions Google Play subscriptions Credit card acquisition funnels Strong analytical and reporting skills Hands-on experience with Meta and Google campaign optimization Experience in entertainment, OTT, gaming, fintech, or subscription apps is highly preferred
