With a collective strength of 8 brands, we have more than 160 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible, with the help of the Team Lead, for creating, shaping, and optimising our digital campaigns while also working with various internal teams to create end-to-end marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy across a broad range of digital marketing channelsIdentify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insightsConduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversionsFamiliarise with existing tracking and funnelsAssist in setting up pixel implementation, conversions and event trackingAnalyse data to identify problems and opportunitiesProduce effective ad copiesDefine OKRs for channel experiencesRequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree from a reputable universityExperience:3 - 5 years of prior experience in Digital MarketingKnowledge:Knowledge of core digital marketing toolsPractical knowledge of digital platforms (Google, Facebook)Understanding of web analytics (experience with Google Analytics is preferred)Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practicesStrong technical and data analysis skillsStrong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)Skills:Fluency in EnglishSharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into a strong targeted marketing strategyExcellent communication and literacy skillsTraits:Self-motivated & willing to take on new challengesBenefitsA fast paced, high performing teamComprehensive Health InsuranceLife InsuranceRewards & RecognitionsLearning & Development opportunities#Egyptdubizzle
